The ZOLLER >smile< is a manually operated tool presetter equipped with the >saturn-set< vision system and can be operated over a touch-screen monitor. It measures tool length, diameter, corner radius and two cutting edge angles automatically independent of the user. A focusing bar indicates the actual cutting edge position for precise and repeatable tool measurement.
