The >venturion< line is available as semi-automatic with manual slide adjustment. Or fully automatic over 3 CNC-controlled axes allowing completely user-independent tool presetting as well as tool measuring and inspection of cutting tools by a push of a button. It allows complex measuring and presetting applications for any type of cutting tool.
Available in different measuring ranges to measure cutting tools up to 1000 mm in diameter and 1400mm in length. With the ZOLLER >ACE< spindle system a universal and power-operated tool clamping system for taper, HSK, Capto and KM-style tooling is available. With the ZOLLER tool management standard package a complete tool management system for tool components, tool assemblies and setting sheets is integrated with the capability to download tool offset data to machine controls over postprocessors.
